AILP™ (AI Learning Path) is a Violetinfo.ai proprietary framework that replaces fixed curricula with an AI-generated path that evolves as the learner progresses. It addresses the gap between one-size-fits-all learning plans and the differing pace, prior knowledge and goals of individual learners.

The framework reads competency targets, performance signals and behavioural data, then sequences the next-best learning activities accordingly. As new evidence arrives, the path is recalculated so it stays aligned to both the learner's progress and organisational skill priorities.
